Evaluations:

• A Division: September 6
• B Division: September 5
• C Division: September 6
• D Division: September 13

What are Evaluations?

• Player evaluations are held to assess players’ skill levels so that team parity can be created.
• Division reps and coaches will have players complete a number of on-ice drills.
• Players need to wear full hockey gear and their own practice jerseys & socks.  And don’t forget a NECKGUARD.
• Players need to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to their scheduled ice time.

What happens after Evaluations?

• Following evaluations, Division Reps will put together preliminary rosters.  These will be posted on the website as soon as they are available.
• Exhibition Games for C,B,A Divisions will be played starting September 12&13.
• These games will be closely monitored by the Division Rep to see if any roster changes are necessary for the purpose of parity.
• The Regular Season will start once the Exhibition Season is completed.

A few extra notes:

• Please make sure you have all the required equipment prior to season start.  Find a list here.
• Consider joining our Chilliwack Christian Junior Hockey Association Facebook group to exchange used hockey gear!  Link available on website.
• Please note that a few trades may be necessary following the Exhibition Season.  Please work with us as we attempt to make competitive divisions......Thank you.
